Masiello Employment Services, Inc. offers its
professional services on a contingency basis. You pay a fee for
our services only if a person we refer is hired directly or indirectly
through our efforts within one year form the date of introduction.
Direct Hire:
Our permanent placement fee is
based on the employee's estimated first year earnings. For
positions paying commission, bonuses or other incentives (with or
without salary), first year earnings will include a realistic estimate
of such compensation.
Temporary/Temp-to-Hire:
An hourly rate, based on the
skills and experience necessary, is set at the beginning of each
temporary assignment. There is no additional cost incurred.
An increase in the hourly rate would only be necessitated by a
significant change in responsibilities or, in the case of a long term
assignment, a modest raise for the employee.
Our Guarantee:
If the permanent employee leaves
or is terminated during his/her first ten weeks of employment, Masiello
Employment Services, Inc. will refund 10% of the total fee for each full
week remaining in the ten week guarantee period, provided the fee is
paid in full within 15 days of the employee's starting date and Masiello
Employment Services, Inc. is notified in writing of the termination.
