full range of tests through pre-screening, interviewing and
evaluating skill levels.
Temporary
Temporary staffing
is vital when you have a specific need; employee vacations,
illness, or a special project. We pre-screen,
interview and evaluate skill levels. We assume all payroll
costs, Workers Compensation, FICA and unemployment contributions.
Temp-To-Hire
This is an option we
offer that allows you the opportunity to evaluate an employee's
performance during an assigned period, before the individual is
converted to your permanent payroll. If you are interested in
hiring, you may do so after the individual has worked a total of 520
hours. When you are completely satisfied, you can assume our
employee without a fee.
Direct Hire
Masiello Employment
Services, Inc., can save
you endless time and money advertising, searching through resumes and
interviewing. This will enable you to focus on what's really
important; your business! Our permanent placement fees are
determined with the employer before the job search begins. We
guarantee all of our Direct Hire placements.
