Client
Agreement
Masiello Employment Services,
Inc., does not require an exclusive contract. Our Client Agreement asks
that as a client company, you agree not to employ our Temporary Employee
for a period of six months following the completion of any work
assignment without first consulting with Masiello Employment Services,
Inc., to
establish the manner in which Masiello Employment Services, Inc., will be

Pre-Screening
and Testing
We pre-screen, interview and
evaluate skill levels, and send you the most qualified candidates.
It is our goal to match the desirable skills, availability and
expectations to meet your job requirements quickly and accurately.
We assume all payroll costs, Workers Compensation, FICA and unemployment
contributions and Occupational Health Services.
Our Guarantee:
If our Direct Hire employee leaves or is terminated during his/her first 30 days we will replace this person at no cost or refund 100%; 31 - 60 days, we replace for free or refund 70%; 61 - 90 days, we replace for free or 30% refund . After 90 days have lapsed we consider our fee fully earned.
